Course Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 10% of the course.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
- The original payment processing fee is non-refundable.
Refund Exclusions
- Downloadable materials that have been accessed
- Custom or personalized services
- Courses marked as non-refundable at time of purchase
