Course Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 10% of the course.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
  • The original payment processing fee is non-refundable.

Refund Exclusions

  • Downloadable materials that have been accessed
  • Custom or personalized services
  • Courses marked as non-refundable at time of purchase
